Fairfield Inn & Suites Worcester Auburn

The staff was amazing. Our first room, the heater, was broken and very noisy. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and understanding, and moved us to another room. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was very clean. The hotel was very clean, and the location was great for access to entertainment and food.

The front desk agents and housekeeping staff were pleasant.

I liked that there was continental breakfast. It was a good variety of different options, so I didn't feel like I was eating the same thing all the time. The room did have a mini fridge and microwave which was nice to have. Also, Doris was very accommodating always willing to help in and way she could. Her attitude towards wanting feedback about our time at the hotel or even expressing urgency towards making sure our stay was going well was a very nice feeling.

As a chronic person I have a lot of medical equipment that has to be plugged in and there were not enough open outlets and the front desk person couldn’t help us. Due to this being a issue I couldn’t use my feeding tube pump for feeds

I spoke with hotel personnel twice prior to our stay with questions and the people I spoke with were friendly and helpful. Front desk person was very polite and professional. Hotel was recently renovated. Room was clean and neat. Housekeeping staff and staff at breakfast area were all friendly.
